Here is a snap shot of what sort of roles we have available in our stores:

Store Manager

The Store Manager is responsible for the successful management in all aspects of the store. The Store Manager’s responsibilities include store sales, staff, safety, profit, inventory, customer service, cost of doing business and ensuring the store is a fun and engaging place to work for everyone.

Sales and Operations Manager

The Sales and Operations Managers are responsible for maximising sales and coaching and mentoring their Department managers and teams in their particular areas of responsibility to live the Masters principles.

Store Support Manager

The Store Support Manager is responsible for managing the administration and customer service side of the store environment. The Store Support Manager oversees the registers, cash office, payroll, installed sales and stock receival and warehousing.

Department Manager and Assistant Department Manager

The Department Manager is responsible for managing a team of people for a specific department. These responsibilities include department sales, filling stock, housekeeping, staff safety, departmental profit and coaching and guiding their teams.

Product Specialist

The Product Specialist is the “master” of their particular product category. Product Specialists provide expert advice and service on products to meet customer needs and provide inspiration customers for their next projects.

Service Associates

Service Associates are responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service is achieved within the store to maximize sales and exceed customer expectations. Duties may include customer service, housekeeping, stock filling, assisting other staff and general store presentation.
