Trade Member Program

If you’re a Tradie sign up to the Masters Trade Member Program to receive emails with the latest “Member Only” offers which could include promotions, incentives, competitions and product updates.

Do you qualify?

All you need to qualify for a Trade Member Card is to be an individual tradesperson with a registered business name and ABN or an employee of a registered business with an ABN.

How do you get a Masters Trade Member Card?

Just fill out the application form and hand it in at the Trade Desk at any Masters store.

Your details will be entered into our system and you will be issued with your Masters Trade Member Card on the spot. This card will be ready to use immediately at any Masters store.

Benefits

You will receive ongoing member only offers via email which could include promotions, incentives, competitions and product updates. Separate terms and conditions will apply to each offer and will be included in the member only offers email.

Using your card

If the offer is a product offer you must scan your card at the time of purchasing the product to which the offer relates. Additional offers will be sent to you from time to time. The relevant terms and conditions of each offer, including details about when your card must be presented in-store, will be included in those member only offer communications.

Where can you use your card?

Your Trade Member Card will work in ALL Masters stores, not just the store you obtained your card from.

Updating your details

If you wish to update any of your contact details you can ask an associate to make these changes at the Trade Desk in any Masters store.

Lost, stolen or damaged cards

Keep your Trade Member Card in a safe place. If your Trade Member Card is lost, stolen or damaged please call 1300 337 707 or visit the Trade Desk in any Masters store.
