B2B is the electronic exchange of information between two business entities. The potential benefits of a B2B relationship with Masters Home Improvement are:

Trade Partners have two options, 'webforms' (Free online solution) and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) these are explained in more detail below. When coming onboard electronically with Masters Home Improvement there will be transactional documents that you are required to exchange. Refer to the table below for an outline of the documents you will be required to exchange.

'webforms' is ideal for Trade Partners who are yet to become EDI capable. ‘webforms' is a new and exciting web based application which has been introduced FREE of CHARGE for all Masters Home Improvement Trade Partners. 'webforms' provides Trade Partners with an opportunity to trade electronically and enjoy similar benefits to those engaged in EDI with Masters Home Improvement.
In addition to the benefits associated with EDI, ‘webforms’ provides:
- An alternative to the unreliable transmission of fax and email
- Traceability of transactional documents
- Increased security of key business information

Our B2B EDI Gateway enables the automatic exchange (2-way) of transactional business documents between Masters Home Improvement and Trade Partners. EDI is provided by accredited third party Value Added Network Providers (VANS). There is usually a charge from the VANs for setting this service up. The current EDI message set employed by Masters Home Improvement is derived from EANCOM2002 standard.
