To place an order on our website, enter your postcode and then browse the site for products you are looking for. Add products to your shopping cart using the orange ‘Add to cart’ buttons.
When you are ready, select the shopping cart icon or ‘View cart & check out’ link at the top of the page and then click on the orange ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button.
You don’t need to register first before you can complete your order. However, by becoming a registered customer you will obtain full order histories, be able to track your order online and have speedier check out on future purchases.
There are four stages of the checkout process. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your order.
- Shipping options – choose from Post, Click then Collect or Delivery.
- Your details – this section will confirm your name, email address and telephone number along with your delivery details (if you have selected either Post or Delivery as a shipping option).
- Payment – this section will prompt you to enter your billing address, payment method and card details.
- Order confirmation – this will display your order summary. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you supplied during checkout.
You will know you have completed your order successfully when you see the order confirmation page. This will display your order number and order summary. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address provided as part of your order.
