Free postal delivery on selected products
From time to time, free delivery may be offered on selected products. Qualifying products will be marked with a free delivery badge unless otherwise indicated.
Free delivery is only valid on selected, marked products to retail customers purchasing through masters.com.au and excludes international customers.
Free delivery applies to postal delivery only and excludes truck delivery.
Please note: if your cart contains items that are not part of the free delivery promotion, you will be charged delivery on those items.

Door-to-door parcel delivery 3-10 business days.

Click then Collect

Free pickup from your local Masters store. Order in the morning for the same day pickup from 4pm. Order in the afternoon for next day pickup from midday.
Please note: When collecting your Click then Collect order, please bring two forms of identification with you, one being photo identification. If you are unable to provide the specified identification, collection of your order may be refused.
Delivery

Guaranteed delivery next business day^ within 40km from your local Masters if ordered before midday.
^Truck delivery to regional areas is 2-6 business days. Delivery cost will be determined by size of product and regional area.

If you find a product that does not appear to be deliverable to your location, please call our Customer Services team on 1300 337 707 to organise shipping. The price will be determined by a combination of size and weight of the product and your delivery address.
